To be the best, we need to consistently aim to ensure our management system achieve its goal in producing a high quality products. Thus, we have implemented System Integration and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) as our SOP. This module integrates with the Inventory Management, Customer Order Processing and Purchasing Order Processing to provide real-time information that is critical for the generation of accurate MRP and MPS plan. Real time integration to the Financial Control modules also helps to provide accurate costing information.

VSP has implemented KanBan for 38 items, using its board as “Card System”. This enabled VSP to reduce balance stock level and lead time to customers.

VSP has identified areas to further improve in 6S and we have our certified staff who will monitor and sustain 6S.
