FONG HONG was incorporated in Malaysia as Kejuruteraan Fong Hong Sdn Bhd in 1987 as a metal fabrication company and was incorporated in Singapore as Fong Hong Engineering (S) Pte Ltd in 2006 as a supplier of metal and related works company. Over the years the companies have increased their competencies to include certified workers and modern technology. Fong Hong provides professional teams to deal with their Malaysian & Singapore customers and provide metal parts for their projects.
Fong Hong also specialises in manufacturing of products from designers’ drawing board and new innovations, with a cohort of engineers with more than 20 years of experience in their respective fields.
Our metal products are supplied from our Malaysian manufacturing related company, Kejuruteraan Fong Hong Sdn Bhd. Fong Hong Malaysia has been operating from its three manufacturing facilities with 240 workers located at Senai and Skudai in Johor, Malaysia with a combined production floor area of 150,000sq.ft., housing the latest machineries in metal fabrication, PVD titanium coating, powder coating and precision robotic welding to produce high-end products.
Fong Hong provides a one-stop solution in metal fabrication process with high-end and quality service. It would be difficult to find a company that can meet the client’s high capacity requirements, have the latest technology and a team of reliable workforce to build and create a better image of your company and/or your customers, using metal.
In this era of evolution, Fong Hong hopes to provide the best service and quality to our clients. In line with this, we have been investing in several computer-aided machines which provide laser cutting, v-cutting, lathe & robotic welding. Currently we have invested in a robotic cold welding machine to provide high quality joining at high speed to increase capacity and meet the challenges of providing high-speed and high quality products.
Fong Hong also focuses on finishing products to meet the client’s design and image without making any drastic changes. We provide titanium coating which maintains the beauty of the stainless steel in a variety of colours such as gold, rose gold, bronze and etc. Powder coating has been automated to provide quality standard and consistency. Spray coating in 2D or 3D textures is also provided to create unique colours that are hard to find in the current market.
Fong Hong is now also a leading Contract Manufacturing Company for high quality, tailor-made metal interior fixtures, fittings, architectural artwork and high technology products. Our projects are targeted towards premium retailers and show rooms, hotel, resorts and casinos, premium consumer products makers, and commercial product manufacturers.
Some of our outstanding achievements are projects completed for premium retailer CHANEL in ION & KLCC; Louis Vuitton in MBS & ION; Ralph Lauren in Shaw Centre & KLCC; Tiffany & Co. in Melbourne & Ngee Ann City; H&M in Hatten Square & ION; Robinsons in JEM & The Heeren. We have also completed several parts of the Marina Bay Sands Casino including constructing the counters, wall panels, decorative screens, entrance, and etc., which has been ongoing since 2010. Moreover, we are also involved in the ongoing MBS upgrades and renovations project since 2016.
Fong Hong provides value-added expertise in product engineering construction, selection of materials and processes for component parts, construction or custom design products. We are able to conceptualise, design and produce high quality tailor-made metal products in various finishings with our experienced and reliable team members.
