 Wire Cutting

-wire cutting is a type of an electrical discharge machining. It is a thermal mass-reducing manufacturing process by using a continuously  moving wire.
-a thin single-strand metal wire is fed through the workpiece, occasionally occurring submerged in a tank of dielectric fluid or being continuously sprayed by dielectric fluid
-this process is used to cut plates that are too thick or too difficult to cut with other methods. The wire, which is constantly fed from a spool, is held between upper and lower guides.

Titanium Nitride ( TiN ) is one of the best surface enhancing thin film plating element . TiN plating is using PVD ( Physical Vapor Deposition ) techniques . PVD is a surface coating technology for protective and decorative coating , Tool coating , and other equipment coating applications

The material to be coated is enclosed in a vacumm chamber and heated . Titanium is vaporized by means of an electric arc . The positivery changed titanium ions are mixed with a nitrogen gas forming a plasma . This positively charged titanium plasma is attracted to the negatively charged part to be coated , which forms a hard coating on the material .

PVD Titanium coat are hard , with a high density . The result is a very strong mechanical bond between the coating .

 Powder Coating

-used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
-is mainly used for coating of metals, such aluminium extrusions, and automobile and bicycle parts.
-the overspray can be recycled and thus it is possible to achieve nearly 680px use of the coating, save cost.
-production lines produce less hazardous waste than conventional liquid coatings.
-a wide range of specialty effects is easily accomplished which would be impossible to achieve with other coating processes.
-powder coated items generally have fewer appearance differences between horizontally coated surfaces and vertically coated surfaces than liquid coated items.

 Electroless Nickel Plating

-is an auto-catalytic reaction used to deposit a coating of nickel on a substrate
-this plating technique is to prevent corrosion and wear
-EN techniques can also be used to manufacture composite coatings bysuspending powder in the bath
The advantages of EN Plating:
-does not use electrical power.
-even coating on parts surface can be achieved.
-no sophisticated jigs or racks are required.
-there is flexibility in plating volume and thickness.
-the process can plate recesses and blind holes with stable thickness
-chemical replenishment can be monitored automatically.
-complex filtration method is not required
-matte, Semi Bright or Bright finishes can be obtained

 Polishing & Finishing

-finishing processes may be employed to: improve appearance, adhesion or wettability, corrosion resistance, tarnish resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, hardness,  remove burrs and other surface flaws, and control the surface friction.
